Hemisphere Novelties Inc. was established in 1965 and
has grown into one of the largest producers of high quality leather buttons and leather accessories in the world.
We have our manufacturing facilities in Port au Prince, Haiti and in Spanishtown, Jamaica. Our proximity to the United States (90 min by airplane) and our preferential airfreight rates to the Far East make us able to offer in all cases competitive pricing and in most cases less expensive pricing for our Leather products.
Our Leather all comes from the finest tanneries in Argentina, and our leather finishes are supplied to us by the latest state of the art facilities in the United States. Our finishes were uniquely developed in laboratories in Boston, Massachusetts with the directive to be able to withstand all dry cleaning methods used, as well as complying with current testing standards being implemented in the garment industry. Our Genuine Leather buttons only contain the finest genuine top grade Cow Hide Leather that is available in the world, and never contains fillers or additives.
We have design departments at our head office in Yonkers, New York, and in both our manufacturing facilities. We have a full time staff working on innovative new designs and we can incorporate your customer’s ideas as well as their logos into our products.
